it's been a while since my last update...
late june: i went to Chicago with my dance studio, we did one performance and had a bunch of fun.. we did a lot of tourist type things.. like the john hancock observatory. my mom and i took every form of public transportation in the city: the trolley, the "L", the subway, a city bus, a charter bus, and a taxi.. it was funny.
June 27th was my 17th birthday.. i had a bunch of fun (and got ice cream cake!)
early july: my grandma fell and was hospitalized, now she's in a nursing home-- i mean a "skilled care facility"
July 4th was amazing.. i went to Robbie's house and we could see all the fireworks in the city
July 6th was 7 months
mid-july: i guess that's now?? i just got back from my trip to minnesota where i saw WICKED... it was wonderful. tears came to my eyes after "No Good Deed"
now: looking foward to the rest of the summer.. hopefully i'll get to go to the lake a few times before school (and tennis practice) starts....
